SUPPRESSED E-MAIL LIST

What are the risks in revealing the contents of a mailing list?

It represents a part of your business.
   It threatens client confidentiality.
It may be copied, sold or used by others without permission.

How do I create a mailing list?

You can create mailing lists, which are collections of e-mail addresses, in your Address Book.

How do I conceal the contents of a mailing list?

Type your own e-mail address or "Recipient List Not Disclosed" in the To: field then the title of your mailing list or individual e-mail addresses in the Bcc: field.

Note:  if you use Outlook, you may not see the Bcc field showing up on your new e-mail, click on the View menu in Outlook and click next to the Bcc area.

A message is sent to each e-mail address in that list. Be aware, if you don’t use a real address, the e-mail will bounce back to you.
