Design of the Workbook

Each week you will be assigned a URL to go to based on what goals we have set.  I hope that it will prompt some questions for you to discuss during the coaching session.  Whenever you see the next icon at the bottom of the page, click on it to take you to the next page or lesson.  You may see some of the text in a bright blue colour.  This means that the work is linked to another web page with information related to the word.  You are not expected to go to those sections prior to the coaching session, unless you want to do so.  (If it is another colour, you may have visited the site once before.)

Eventually, I hope to be able to link all of the various topics and put them together as a Web Manual on the CD Rom.  For the time being, please be patient.  It is a work in progress.
